involving indemnification or limitation of liability of all members of the CONSORTIUM shall <br />also inure to the benefit of that member's employees, officers, agents, affiliates, and any <br />other benefited persons specifically identified in the applicable provision. <br />SECTION 25. Assignment <br />No member of the CONSORTIUM shall sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise alienate or dispose <br />of any interest acquired pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or the privileges hereby <br />granted, without the prior written consent of the remaining members, which consent shall not <br />be unreasonably withheld or delayed. <br />SECTION 26. Waiver of Terms or Conditions <br />Failure to enforce or insist upon strict compliance with any of the terms or conditions of this <br />Agreement shall not constitute a general waiver or relinquishment of any such terms or <br />conditions, but the same shall be and remain at all times in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 27. Severability <br />Should any portion, provision, section, or subsection of this Agreement be held to be invalid <br />by a court of competent jurisdiction, that fact shall not affect or invalidate any other portion, <br />provision, section, or subsection; and the remaining portions of this Agreement shall remain <br />in full force and effect without regard to the portion, provision, section, or subsection or power <br />invalidated. <br />SECTION 28.
