NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida; <br />1. The recitations set forth herein above are true, accurate and correct and are <br />incorporated herein. <br />2. Indian River County requests that the functional classification and jurisdiction <br />of the roads shown in the table below become effective on April 1, 1995. <br />Current Proposed <br />Jurisdiction Jurisdiction Road Name Section <br />County State Indian River Boulevard 20th Street to 21st Street <br />State -County 6th Avenue 20th Place to 21st Street <br />3. Indian River County waives all rights to a hearing regarding these proposed <br />transfers. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Bird , who moved its <br />adoption.
