Off -Street Parking: Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 954 <br />for off-street parking, the site is required to provide <br />parking at a ratio of one space per each 500 square feet of <br />maintenance building. <br />Required: 24 parking spaces <br />Provided: 24 parking spaces <br />9. Stormwater Management: The stormwater management plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department. <br />10. Utilities: County potable water and wastewater services are <br />not available to the maintenance facility site at this time; <br />consequently, well and septic tank systems are proposed. <br />County utilities has no objection to approval of the proposed <br />site plan. <br />11. Health and Rehabilitative Services (HRS): The county <br />Environmental Health Services Unit has no objection to the <br />proposed site plan application or the special exception use <br />approval. Prior to release of the approved site plan for <br />construction, the applicant must apply for and receive the <br />applicable HRS permits for the on-site septic system and well. <br />12. Environmental Issues: No upland preservation or wetland <br />requirements apply. Environmental planning staff have no <br />objection to the proposed site plan or the special exception <br />use approval. <br />13. Landscaping and Buffering: Since the subject development is <br />adjacent to off-site residentially designated property to the <br />north, the specific land use criteria for a golf course <br />require Type "B" buffering -between the new building area and <br />the adjacent, off-site residentially designated area. The <br />landscaping plan is in accordance with Chapter 926 <br />requirements, and provides for the required Type "B" <br />buffering. <br />January 10, 1995 <br />
