Public Works <br />12.F.1. 19-0337 <br />Budget Director Kristin Daniels used a PowerPoint presentation to provide the <br />Board with a report for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2018/2019. Ms. <br />Daniels reviewed revenue from the County's taxes and fees, noting an <br />unexpected downturn in tourist and gas tax revenue. The Commissioners each <br />commented on the possible reasons for the decrease in revenue. <br />The presentation continued detailing the status of the various County funds. <br />Ms. Daniels also notified the Board that the Indian River County Revenue <br />Manual had been updated and was posted to the County's website. <br />No Action Taken or Required <br />Outline of Indian River Lagoon Management Plan Recommendation for <br />Moving Forward <br />Recommended Action: Staff is requesting feedback from the Board on the Draft IRL Plan Outline and <br />is requesting approval of the Draft IRL Plan Outline. If approved, staff will <br />work with Tetra Tech to generate a scope of work to develop a comprehensive <br />IRL Plan using the outline as its foundation and framework.
