3. Provide Roll Call training to MCSO and other Law Enforcement agencies in Martin County. <br />4. Will vet, hire, provide salary, benefits and supervise all personnel assigned to the program. <br />5. All GPS tracking equipment and monitors needed for the program contracted through <br />STOP(Satellite Tracking of People) <br />6. Provide all training and certifications for personnel. <br />Expected Benefits of the Program: <br />Based on data provided by MCSO and using a formula based on current practices by Judges in St. Lucie <br />County there could be a projected savings to MCSO of one million dollars plus based on 35 bed days at <br />$88.00 a day. This does not take into account additional cases as the program grows, being able to save <br />on inmate medical or the possibility of involving your weekend inmate program. <br />Roy P.
