Brown, County Administrator Kristin Daniels, Budget Director FROM: Jennifer Hyde, Purchasing Manager SUBJECT: Ranking of Firms for RFP 2019037 — Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area Wetland Overlook Reconstruction BACKGROUND: On behalf of the Parks and Conservation Resources Division, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) were solicited for the reconstruction of the Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area Wetland Overlook, located north and east of the intersection of U.S. 1 and Oslo Road. The overlook was originally constructed in 1998, and has been subject to damage from storms and the elements. These scores were compiled by the committee and an overall initial ranking of firms developed.
