ANALYSIS <br />A confirmation letter dated December 13, 1994, was received (see <br />attached) from Pittsburg Tank and Tower Company, Inc., reflecting <br />an amount of $8,675.00 to be paid for the removal of the subject <br />water tower. This work would be done according to all Indian River <br />County requirements. <br />The Department has received a signed agreement for the referenced <br />project. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services Recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners authorize the removal of the Mid - <br />Florida water tower and execute the attached agreement in the <br />amount of $8,675.00. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the agreement with Pittsburgh Tank and Tower <br />Company, Inc. for the removal of the Mid -Florida <br />150,000 gallon water tower in the amount of $8,675, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WATER EXPANSION PLAN/PHASE VI, RESOLUTIONS I AND H <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of January 13, 1995: <br />DATE: JANUARY 13, 1995 <br />TO: JAMES E.
