The increase in Revenue reflects an Inereue in <br />Mater and sewer rates which took effect on October 1, 1992, and the collection of seplage feu and grease Imp fees relating to <br />the Regional Sludge Facility. <br />(4) With the issuance of the Series 1993 Bonds, definitions of Revenua in the Mutcr Bond Resolution has been changed to include <br />the 1989 Special Assessments and the 1990 Special Assessments. <br />(5) Estimated maximum annual debt service for the Series 1993 Bonds. <br />The County attributes the Increase in Revenues for the Fiscal Years ended September 30,1989 through <br />September 30, 1992 primarily to growth of the System and increases in Uniform Charges. <br />20 <br />
