Tasks & Deliverables: <br />The Sub -Recipient must successfully complete the following tasks and deliverables throughout the period <br />of performance. Quarterly Tasks (Form1 B) will need to be provided each quarter to show completion or <br />working towards the completion of each task. Quarterly deliverables must be uploaded into the Division's <br />SharePoint portal at https://portal.floridadisaster.orq each quarter as stated in the scope of work. The <br />Sub -Recipient must also provide a certification of completion on the deliverable checklist. <br />1. Match. Throughout the period of performance for this Agreement, the Sub -Recipient shall use non - <br />Federal funds to match dollar for dollar all funds provided under this Agreement. <br />Deliverables (due each quarter): <br />• Provide Quarterly Match Form 3A to identify the non-federal match amount; <br />• Supporting documentation is required if the federal obligation exceeds the EMPA award <br />amount or using local funds to satisfy the match requirement. If using EMPA as match no <br />additional supporting documentation is required. <br />Supporting documentation must include invoices, receipts, paystubs, earning statements, cancelled <br />checks, credit card statements, bank statements for proof of payment at least equal to the amount of <br />reimbursement requested for that quarter. <br />2. Validating Capabilities - National Incident Management System (NIMS). All EMPG-funded <br />personnel shall complete either the Independent Study courses identified in the Professional <br />Development Series or the National Emergency Management Basic Academy delivered either by the <br />Emergency Management Institute (EMI) or at a sponsored state, local, tribal, territorial, regional or <br />other designated location. Further information on the National Emergency Management Basic <br />Academy and the Emergency Management Professional Program can be found at: <br />https://training.fema.gov/empp/. Previous versions of the IS courses meet the NIMS training <br />requirement. A complete list of Independent Study Program Courses may be found at <br />http://training.fema.gov/is. <br />In addition to training activities aligned to and addressed in the Training and Exercise Plan (TEP), all <br />EMPG funded personnel must complete the following training requirements and record proof of <br />completion: <br />NIMS Training, Independent Study (IS) -100 (any version), IS -200 (any version), IS -700 (any version), <br />and IS -800 (any version), and <br />Professional Development Series (PDS) or the Emergency Management Professionals Program <br />(EMPP) Basic Academy <br />Deliverable (due each quarter): <br />• The FDEM Form 4 - Staffing Detail for all funded EMPG personnel; <br />• Position descriptions for funded EMPG personnel and any position being used as match; <br />• Training certificates for funded EMPG personnel listed on the FDEM Form 4 — Staffing Detail. <br />If certificates are uploaded into SERT TRAC, the Grant Manager will request a copy of the <br />transcript from the Training and Exercise Unit (T&E). <br />NOTE: For quarters 2, 3, and 4, additional course completion documentation is required only if: <br />• New personnel are listed on the Staffing Detail Form. <br />34 <br />
