1 <br />1 <br />determined and hereby declared that a tax rote of 192 mills upon the dollar be levied, <br />and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1933, on all of the property in the <br />County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of Special Tax School <br />District No. 19 the boundaries of which said District being described above in these <br />minutes. <br />To meet the interest payments and provide a sinking fund for the ultimate redemp- <br />tion of Bonds and Time Warrants of Special School District No. 79 and in the pursuance <br />of the requirements of law, and as estimated by the County Board of Public Instructions, <br />it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of'42 mills upon the dollar be <br />levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1933, on all of the property in the <br />County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of Special Tax School <br />District No. 7, the boundaries of which said District being described above in these <br />minutes. <br />To meet the interest payments and provide a sinking fund for the ultimate redemp- <br />tion of Bonds and Time Warrants of Special School District No. 8 & 9, and in the pursu- <br />ance of the requirements of law, and as estimated by the County Board of Public Instru- <br />etions,it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of 42 mills upon the dollar' <br />levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 19339 ondftl of the property in the <br />County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of Special Tax School <br />District No. 8 & 91, the boundaries of which said District being described above in these <br />minutes. <br />To meet the interest payments and provide a sinking fund for the ultimate redemp- <br />tion of Bonds and Time Warrants of Special -School District,No. '11, and in the pursuance <br />of the requirements of law, and as estimated by the County Board of Public Instructions, <br />it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of 192 mills upon the dollar be <br />levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1933, on all of the property in the <br />County of Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of Special Tax School <br />District No. 119 the boundaries of which said District being described above in these <br />minutes. <br />To meet the interest payments and provide a sinking fund for the ultimate redemp- <br />tion of Bonds of'Special School District No. 149 and in the pursuance of the require- <br />ments of law, and as estimated by the County Board of Public Instructions, it is deter- <br />mined and hereby declared that a tax rate of 5 mills upon the dollar be levied and is <br />hereby fixed and assessed for the year 19330 on all of the property in the County of <br />Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of Special Tax School District No.14, <br />the boundaries of which said District being described above in these minutes. <br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of INDIAN RIFER MOSQUITO <br />CONTROL DISTRICT, and a certified copy of the resolution filed with this Board, as <br />required by law, and as estimated by the said Board of Commissioners, it is determined <br />and hereby declared that a tax rate of Three (3) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is <br />hereby fixed and assessed for the year 19339 on all of the property in the County of <br />Indian River, lying and being within the boundaries of said Mosquito Control District,, <br />the boundaries of said District being as being the entire County as a whole. <br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of the FLORIDA INLAND <br />NAVIGATION DISTRICT, and a certified copy of the resolution filed with this Board, as <br />required by law, and as estimated by the said Board of Commissioners, it is determined <br />and hereby declared that a tax .rate of One (1) mill upon the dollar be levied, and is <br />hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1933, on all of the property in the County of <br />Indiann River, lying and being within the boundaries of said Florida, Inland Navigation <br />
