<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of SEBASTIAN IMZT DISTRICT,
<br />for the ultimate redemption of Bonds, Notes and other obligations outstanding, and to pay
<br />interest thereon, when due, and for general repairs and additional work to be donet and a
<br />certified copy of the resolution filed with this Boards as required by laws and as esti-
<br />mated by the said Board of Commissioners of said Inlet District, it is determined and
<br />hereby declared that a tax rate of Five (5) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is here
<br />fixed and assessed for the year 1933, on all of the property in the County of Indian
<br />River,, lying and being within the boundaries of said Sebastian Inlet District. Four (4)
<br />mills of which shall be used solely for interest payments and create a sinking fund for
<br />the redepption of bonds, notes and other obligations outstanding and One (1) mill shall
<br />be used for repairs, maintenance and general work and construction on said Inlets as
<br />provided by Chapter 7976 Acts of 1919.
<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Commissioners of the.1?ETMSMRRE CROSS STATE
<br />ROAD DISTRICT, and having filed certified copy of resolution declaring the -tax ilate-the
<br />necessary expenditures and for the purpose of paying interests creating a sinking fund,,
<br />and the ultimate redemption of Road District bonds,, it is determined and hereby declared
<br />that a tax rate of Ton (10) mills on the dollar be levied, and is hereby fixed and
<br />assessed for the year 19339 on all of the property in the County of Indian River, lying
<br />and being within the boundaries of said Fellamere Cross State Road District. Kine (9)
<br />mills of which shall be usedforinterest and sinking fund, and One (1) mill shall be
<br />used solely for thepurposesauthorized and prescribed by Chapter 103739 Section 159
<br />Acts of 1925, Laws of Florida. The boundaries of said District being described as fol-
<br />lows: Beginning where the water's edge of the Atlantic Ocean intersects the line between
<br />Townships 29 and 30 South, run thence West to West line of Brevard County or to the
<br />North-west corner of Township 30 South, Range 35 East, run thence South following Town-
<br />ship lines on the West boundary of Brevard County and St. lucie County to the South-west
<br />corner of Township 31 South, Range 35 East,, run thence East six miles more or less to the
<br />north-west corner of Township 32 Southp Range 36 East, run thence South six miles, more
<br />or less, to the South-west corner of Township 32 South, Range 36 East, run thence East
<br />18 miles more or less to the South-east corner of Township 32 South, Range 38.Eastprun
<br />thence North six miles, more or less, to the South-west corner of Township 31 SouthpRangc-
<br />39 East, run thence East to the water's edge of Atlantic Ocean, thence North meandering
<br />said water's edge to the place of beginning.
<br />Estimates having been made by the Board of Bond Trustees, ATLAZTIC-GULF SPECIAL EW
<br />&3BRIDGE DISTRICT, and the Trustees having certified, by appropriate,resolutions the ra
<br />of millage to be assessed as the amount required to meet interest payments and for the
<br />ultimate redemption of bonds and re -funding bonds outstanding, and to created a sinking
<br />fund, and in pursuance of the requirements of law, it is determined and hereby declared
<br />that a tax rate of XLneteen and one half (19-�
<br />mills upon the dollar be levied, and is
<br />hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1933, on all of the property in the County of
<br />Indian Rivers lying and being within the boundaries of said Atlantic -Gulf Special Road
<br />& Bridge District, for the purpose of paying interest and creating a sinking fund for t:
<br />ultimate redemption of bonds and re -funding bonds,, which boundaries are as follows,
<br />to -wit:-- Beginning on the Township line between Townships 33 and 34 South of Tallahass
<br />Meridians and on the shore of the Atlantic Oceang run West on the Township line between
<br />Townships 33 and 34 to the South-west corner of Township 33South, Range 36 East; thence
<br />North- between ranges 35 and 36,, to the South-east corner of Township 32 South, Range 35
