If CONTRACTOR requests in writing that <br />other special insurance be included in the property <br />TOR by appropriate Change Order or Written <br />5.07 Waiver of Rights <br />A. OWNER and CONTRACTOR intend that all <br />will protect OWNER, CONTRACTOR, <br />Subcontractors, ENGINEER, ENGINEER's Consul <br />or additional insureds (and the officers, directors, <br />policies and will provide primary coverage for all <br />losses and damagos caused by tho porils or sauces -of <br />recovery against any of the insureds or additional <br />waive all rights against each other and thei r <br />respective officers, directors, partners, employees, <br />perils or causes of loss covered by such policies and <br />directors, partners, employees, agents, and other <br />caused.
