ORDINANCE NO. 2019- 017 <br />THENCE South 36'07'19" East, 96.78 feet continuing along the west right-of-way line of said <br />Lateral "G" (160 foot right-of-way); <br />THENCE South 00°15'10" West, 1145.75 feet along the east line of said Tract 5 to the north <br />right-of-way line of Sub -Lateral "G-2"(60 foot right-of-way); <br />THENCE South 89°53'18" West, 638.41 feet along the north right-of-way line of said Sub - <br />Lateral "G-2" (60 foot right-of-way); <br />THENCE North 00°16'04" West, 1312.57 feet along the east line of North Carolina Colony <br />Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, at Page 65, of the Public Records, Indian River County, <br />Florida; <br />THENCE North 89°40'38" East, 569.55 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 19.24 <br />acres (838,037 square feet), more or less. <br />is changed from RS -3, Single Family Residential District (Up to 3 units/acre) to RS -6, Single <br />Family Residential District (Up to 6 units/acre). <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, on this 13' day of August, 2019. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 28' day of July 2019, for a <br />public hearing to be held on the 13a' day of August, 2019 at which time it was moved for <br />adoption by Commissioner Peter D. o' Bryan , seconded by Susan Adams and <br />adopted by the following vote: <br />Bob Solari, Chairman AYE <br />Susan Adams, Vice Chairman AYE <br />Joseph E.
