RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 089 <br /> Additionally, when cash is posted, the County Administrator or designee is hereby delegated <br /> authority to execute extensions to the standard Cash Deposit and Escrow Agreement so long as <br /> the document bears approval signatures of the County Attorney or designee and the Budget <br /> Director or designee. Notice of extensions shall be presented on a future agenda of the Board of <br /> County Commissioners. <br /> Section 3.
