SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR PERMIT NO. 17-31 <br />FOR <br />PROPOSED INDIAN RIVER COUNTY 49TH STREET <br />(58TH AVENUE TO 31ST AVENUE) MILLING AND RESURFACING PROJECT <br />(PROJECT NO. IRC -1414) <br />1) This permit is issued based on plans prepared by Engineering Division, <br />Department of Public Works, Indian River County, Florida, dated June 30, <br />2017 and July 26, 2017 (permit application dated September 26, 2017). <br />2) Final grading of earthen canal maintenance berm between south edge of <br />pavement and adjacent canal shall be away from top of canal bank to top of <br />curb, or edge of pavement, a minimum of 1% slope, to prevent ponding of <br />surface water on berm and overbank discharge of stormwater. <br />3) All filling and grading of canal maintenance berm shall be compacted and <br />stabilized to withstand heavy canal maintenance equipment. <br />J:\MEC\SPEC COND-PROVISOS\2017 Permits\irfwcd spec cond 17-31.docx <br />
