BOOK 94 mul- 14 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The FEC has requested that the Chairman of the Indian River County <br />Board of County Commissioners execute a license agreement to allow <br />installation of a subgrade electrical cable crossing the Railway's <br />right-of-way at 4th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, located <br />approximately 3982' feet South of Mile Post 229. Crossing to <br />consist of two 2" PVC conduits for traffic signal interconnect <br />wiring, all within a 6" casing, to be installed by the jack -and - <br />bore method pursuant to the specifications attached to the <br />agreement. <br />RECONII4MMATIONS S FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Chairman be authorized to sign the <br />Agreement. Funding to be from the 4th Sheet Widening project <br />account #101-156-541-067.29 and yearly license fee from the Traffic <br />Engineering Division FEC Payments account #111-245-541-034.46. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Macht being absent) approved the FEC <br />License Agreement for 4th Street, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />PETITION PAVING - WESTSIDE AND SUNDOWNERS SUBDIVISIONS <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 1/30/95: <br />TO: James E.
