ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, <br />SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Macht being absent) approved a one year <br />extension of the conditional site plan. approval for <br />the Test Tank and Staging Area at the existing M & W <br />Pump Corp. manufacturing facility, with all original <br />site plan approval conditions to remain in effect <br />until February 24, 1996, as recommended by staff. <br />G. Keating, CP <br />Community Developme t Dirtcr <br />FROM: Sasan Rohani, AICP S Irr <br />Chief; Long -Range Planning <br />DATE: January 20, 1995 <br />RE: PROGRESS REPORT & REIMBURSEMENT INVOICE <br />1994 PLANNING GRANT INVOICE #4 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their regular <br />meeting of February 7, 1995. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />It is required, as part of the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) <br />Planning Grant contract between the Indian River County Board of <br />County Commissioners (BCC) as the Designated Official Planning <br />Agency (DOPA) and the State of Florida Commission for the <br />Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD), that periodic progress reports <br />and reimbursement invoices be submitted. To comply with the CTD's <br />requirements, staff has prepared a progress report and invoice* for <br />the period from October 1, 1994 to December 31, 1994. <br />For the 1994 planning grant period, the invoice and progress report <br />represent the fourth (final) submittal.
