Bong 94 294 ORDINANCE NO. 95-05 AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RS -1 TO RM -10, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST. SIDE OF INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD, NEAR 8TH STREET, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning request; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: All that part of the North one-half of Government Lot 2, Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East lying East of the East.right-of-way of Indian River Boulevard and that part of the North one-half of Government Lot 1, Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the North line of the North one-half of Government Lot 2 and the Easterly right-of-way of Indian River Boulevard, run South 89053'01" East along said North line a distance of 1,582.54 feet; thence meandering in a Southeasterly direction along the approximate centerline of a dike the following courses; run South 03022126" East a distance of 145.26 feet; thence run South 00048154" West a distance of 101.46 feet; thence run South 06032'19" East a distance of 132.64 feet; thence run South 81o25150" East a distance of 202.75 feet; thence run South 67024159" East a distance of 67.71 feet; thence run South 40o01'44" East a distance of 87.01 feet; thence run South 14o54114" East a distance of 170.92 feet to the South line of said North one- half of Government Lot 1; thence run North 89050149" West a distance of 2,045.19 feet to the East right-of-way of said Indian River Boulevard; thence run North 00018127" East along said right-of-way a distance of 10.67 feet to a point of curvature; thence run Northeasterly along a curve concave to FEBRUARY 7, 1995 76
