(Shrugs <br />shoulders.) <br />VICE CHAIRMAN SOLARI: Wrong. <br />ATTORNEY REINGOLD: So those are some of the <br />concepts of the things we would be searching for and <br />getting a more definitive answer on on some of this part <br />of the negotiations. <br />There are things that they've obviously asked <br />from Indian River County and from Martin County, one is <br />probably the most obvious: We would dismiss our current <br />lawsuit; No. 2, generally, they would be looking for us <br />not to support or move forward in encouraging anyone to <br />support the Railroad Safety Study or legislation in <br />Tallahassee. The trait -- Well, I think in their view the <br />trade-off is if we put in the safety improvements that <br />you're asking for, Public Works Indian River County, I <br />don't want to then turn around and have you legislate <br />against me in Tallahassee for more than what we agreed to. <br />Now, I will say, one of the very difficult <br />points of this negotiation right now is the fact that <br />they, basically, wanted us to walk away from our right to <br />complain about/move forward on any future issues that <br />happen with Brightline. <br />And so what we've countered to them is: Look, <br />VERO BEACH COURT REPORTERS <br />772-231-2231 <br />25 <br />
