I cannot see negotiating that away. <br />Their counter to that appears to be, Well, then <br />basically, if you walk away from the deal four years out <br />then we're going to walk away from the deal four years out <br />and, thus, your benefit of the cap on your maintenance <br />cost will then disappear if you complain about something. <br />I don't think that's a tenable position. <br />I think the 14 years moratorium needs to be the <br />cap and that shouldn't handicap this board or any future <br />board from being able to recognize any threat to public <br />health and safety and welfare for this community. My <br />thought is: You guys are going to get the huge bargain of <br />our lawsuits going away and us not supporting the current <br />legislation in Tallahassee that lets you build your <br />project and from there we need to be able to protect our <br />community.
