FUEL SUPPLY <br />• Describe all fuels to be used to generate electricity at the Facility. Indicate the specific physical and chemical characteristics <br />of each fuel type (e.g., Btu contend, sulfur content, ash content, etc.). Identify special considerations regarding fuel supply <br />origin, source and handling, storage and processing requirements. <br />• <br />Provide annual fuel requirements (AFR) necessary to support the requirements pursuant to Section 360.91, Florida Statutes, <br />and the planned levels of generation and list the assumptions used to detemtine these quantities. <br />• Provide a summary of the status of the fuel supply atrangentents in place to meet the ARFR in each year of the proposed <br />operating life of the Facility. fisc the categories below to describe the current arrangement for securing; the AFR. <br />Category Description of Fuel Supply Arrangement fuel is from a fully developed <br />owned= source owned by one or more of the project participants <br />contract = fully executed finn fuel contract exists between the developer(s) and fuel supplier(s) <br />1.01= a letter of intent for the fircl supply gists between developer(s) and fire! supplier(s) <br />REF = renewable energy facility will burn biomass, waste, or another renewable resource <br />spot = fuel supply will be purchased on the spot market <br />none = no firm fuel supply arrangement currently in place <br />other = fuel supply arrangement which does not fit any of the above categories (please describe) <br />• indicate the percentage of the Facility's AFR which is covered by the above fuel supply arrangement(s) for each proposed <br />operating year. The percent of AFR covered for each operating year meet total 100%. For fuel supply arrangements identified <br />as owned, contract, or 1.01, provide documentation to support this category and explain the fuel price mechanism of the <br />arrangement. In addition, indicate whether or not the fuel price includes delivery and, if so, to what location. <br />• Describe fuel transportation networks available for delivering all primary and secondary t'uel to the Facility site. Indicate the <br />mode, route and distance of each segment of the journey, from fuel source to the Energy Facility site. Discuss the current <br />status and pertinent factors impacting future availability of the transportation network. <br />• Provide annual fuel transportation requirements (AF'I'R) necessary to support planned levels of generation and list the <br />assumptions used to determine these quantities. <br />• Provide a summary of the status of the fuel transportation arrantgernents in place to meet the AITR in each year of the <br />proposed operating life of the Energy Facility.
