Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final September 11, 2019 <br />6. D. Make a motion to adopt tentative non -ad valorem assessment rates. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner Flescher <br />to adopt the Non -Ad Valorem assessment rates of $75.56 per Residential Waste <br />Generation Unit; $42.00 per Commercial Waste Generation Unit; and <br />Readiness -to -Use Fee of $24.69, for the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD). The <br />motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />6. E. Make a motion to adopt tentative budget. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Zorc, seconded by Vice Chairman Adams, to <br />adopt the tentative budget for the Solid Waste Disposal District in the amount of <br />$16,237,578. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner <br />O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />The Board of Commissioner adjourned the Solid Waste Disposal District meeting, <br />and reconvened as the Board of County Commissioners of the Budget hearing <br />meeting, continuing with the adoption of Non -Ad Valorem Assessment Charges. <br />7. ADOPTION OF NON -AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT CHARGES <br />7. A.
