hard copies of each bid package and electronic copies in PDF format for IRCU to <br />advertise. <br />The Consultant will meet with the awarded contractor(s) for a pre -work meeting. <br />Consultant will make up to four (4) site visits during the lining and lateral <br />rehabilitation process for construction observation. <br />TASK 3 - FULL SEWER PIPE REPLACEMENT <br />Task 3.1- Prepare Design Drawings and Specifications <br />Consultant will develop construction plans and technical specifications for the <br />gravity sewer pipes recommended for full replacement in the Ixora Park sanitary <br />sewer system using topographic survey previously completed by the Consultant in <br />2016. <br />Consultant will prepare 60%, 90%, and final design drawings and specifications. <br />Consultant will attend a review meeting, respond to IRCU comments, and <br />incorporate agreed upon adjustments for the 90% and final sets. <br />Consultant will provide up to three (3) hard copies of drawings and electronic <br />copies in PDF format. <br />Consultant will prepare and provide an opinion of probable construction cost <br />(OPC) based on final design documents. <br />Consultant will apply for a Right -Of -Way permit on behalf of IRCU using the final <br />design documents. <br />Task 3.2 - Bidding Assistance <br />Consultant will prepare bid documents for IRCU to advertise. Front-end documents <br />will be prepared and provided by IRCU. Consultant will provide up to three (3) <br />copies of 11x17 drawings and specifications for bidding, and electronic copies in <br />PDF format. <br />Consultant will provide written responses to contractor requests for information <br />(RFI) related to the bid documents.
