CONSENT <br />The three firms were invited to participate in the discussion phase, and at the conclusion of the <br />discussions, each committee member listed his or her overall ranking of firms, and a final ranking <br />was established. The ranking of firms was unchanged, and declared final by the committee. <br />Staff is prepared to begin negotiations and bring a final agreement to the Board at a meeting in <br />the near future. <br />FUNDING: <br />The primary design project anticipated under this award is the South Oslo RO Plant Rehab and <br />Membrane Replacement, with funds available in the Utilities R&R South RO Membrane account <br />(47123536-044699-19503). Funds for the account are derived fromwater and sewer revenues. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Board approve the committee's final ranking and authorize negotiations <br />with the top ranked firm in accordance with FS 287.055, and the subsequently ranked firms, <br />should negotiations with the top ranked firm fail. <br />92 <br />
