Board of Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final September 18, 2019 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) budget of <br />$16,237,578, and approve Resolution 2019-086, amending the County Budget <br />Officer's estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances to be brought <br />forward for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 and adopting a final budget for the Solid <br />Waste Disposal District. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />The Board of Commissioners adjourned the Solid Waste Disposal District <br />meeting and reconvened as the Board of County Commissioners of the Final <br />Budget meeting. <br />Indian River County Florida <br />Page 2 <br />
