Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 10, 2019 for Precincts 19, 20, 25 and 26 to Christ Church Vero Beach, 667 20th Street. She thanked Trinity Episcopal Church and Our Savior Lutheran Church for the many years they had partnered with the Indian River County Elections Office. A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner Flescher, to approve a request to relocate the polling location of Precincts 19, 20, 25 and 26 to Christ Church Vero Beach. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, Commissioner O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc 10.
