Additional Street Lights - Gifford Street Light District - 45th Street <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of February 9, 1995: <br />TO: James Chandler <br />County Administrator 9� <br />FRAM: James W. Davis, P.E. UTA <br />Public Works Director <br />u <br />SUBJECT: Request for Additional Street Lights <br />Gifford Street Light District - 45th -Street <br />RE: Letter from Mr. Freddie Woolfork to James W. Davis <br />dated February 7, 1995 <br />DATE: February 9, 1995 <br />Due to public safety concern, the Progressive Civic League of <br />Gifford has requested the addition of three (3) street lights to <br />the Gifford Street Light District. <br />The location of the requested street lights would be between 28th <br />Court and 32nd Avenue along 45th Street. <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />request for additional street lighting. <br />The yearly cost for the additional lights would be approximately <br />$450/year. Funding would be from the -Gifford Street Light District <br />Fund. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />approved the request for additional street <br />lighting at an annual cost of approximately <br />$450 with funding from the Gifford Street <br />Light District Fund, as recommended by staff <br />in the memorandum. <br />Fte3 <br />�r <br />February 21, 1995 9-4 <br />
