CONSENT AGENDA <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />INTER -OFFICE MEMORANDUM <br />OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET <br />TO: Members of the Board of County Commissioners <br />DATE: August 8, 2019 <br />SUBJECT: Request for Ratification <br />Florida Department of Law Enforcement <br />FY17 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice <br />Assistance Grant (JAG) Program <br />Contract No. 2019-JAGC-INRI-4-N2-172 <br />FROM: Kristin Daniels <br />Director, Management and Budget <br />DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS. <br />On July 29, 2019 Indian River County received a letter from Florida Department of Law <br />Enforcement (FDLE), Office of Criminal Justice Grants, notifying us that we have been awarded <br />a subgrant in the amount of $11,782.00 approved under Florida's State JAG award 2017 -MU - <br />BX -0187. <br />On July 31, 2019, Bob Solari, Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners executed the <br />FDLE Certificate of Acceptance on behalf of the Board. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners ratify the Chairman's action in <br />executing the Certificate of Acceptance. <br />202 <br />
