This subgrant is <br />provided under the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Countywide Program and approved <br />under Florida's state JAG award 2017 -MU -BX -0187 from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). These funds <br />shall be used for the purpose(s) identified in the enclosed subaward agreement. <br />This subaward is subject to all administrative and financial requirements, including timely submission of all financial <br />and performance reports and compliance with all standard conditions. <br />In order to meet the requirements of the Transparency Florida Act (215.985, F.S.), this agreement is provided to the <br />Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS). If this agreement contains confidential or exempt <br />information not subject4o disclosure under Chapter 119, F.S., please contact the Office of Criminal Justice Grants <br />(OCJG) for guidance on requesting an exemption. <br />The enclosed Certificate of Acceptance. is required to be completed and returned within thirty (30) calendar days from <br />the date of award. Completion of the Certificate of Acceptance constitutes official acceptance of the subaward and all <br />associated terms and conditions. The Department is unable to reimburse any. project expenditures until this certificate <br />is received. <br />We look forward to working with you on this project.
