All information provided herein is hereby incorporated into the bid documents. <br />The following language has been added to SECTION 101 MOBILIZATION of the Technical Specifications: <br />A. The Contractorshall maintain all grassed and landscape areas within the project limits of construction <br />in a satisfactory condition until final acceptance of the project. Such maintenance within the limits of <br />construction shall include the mowing of all existing grassed areas within the Right -of -Way, removal <br />of all trash and debris on a weekly basis, and keeping vegetation trimmed on all sidewalks. Grass <br />height shall not exceed 6" without mowing. Clippings shall be removed from sidewalk. <br />The following questions have been received: <br />Question 1. Will the County allow to close and detour traffic during the construction of 43`d avenue? <br />Contractor to provide access to local traffic only. <br />Answer 1. 43`d Avenue & SR 60 shall remain open during the course of construction. However, lane <br />closures are permissible subject to review and approval. <br />Question 2. On the City of Vero Beach Utility Relocation Plans, on plan sheet 2 of 58 the hatch legend for <br />asphalt area to be open cut is used on side walk removal on plan sheet 11 of 58. <br />Please clarify. <br />Answer 2. This is intended to note removal of the sidewalk is required. <br />Question 3. Plan sheet 20 of 58 does not clarify what the legends are. Please provide additional <br />information. <br />Answer 3. The Legends are remnants, see Addendum #? response. <br />Question 4. Can there be a time extension for the bid date due to only having 2.5 weeks to work on it <br />with a good set of plans? <br />Answer 4. A two-week time extension to bid due date has been implemented as part of Addendum <br />#3. <br />Question 5.
