"SONNY" DEAN, DIRECTO DATE: FEBRUARY 22, 1995 <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: OLD COURTHOUSE RENOVATION GRANT <br />CONSULTANT SELECTION <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On February 7, 1995, the Board <br />authorized staff <br />to proceed with <br />the <br />process to select a consultant to perform the <br />necessary work <br />and <br />write a grant for restoration <br />of the old courthouse.
