BOOK 9 4 PAt r 7 <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Staff sent five (5), Request For Proposals to local architects and <br />three proposals were received in response. A selection committee <br />was formed to evaluate the submittals. <br />The results of the evaluation process are: <br />1. Donadio and Associates <br />2. C.E. Block Architect <br />3. John Dean Architect and Associates <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff is requesting permission to negotiate in accordance with the <br />Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act, (CCNA) and submit to the <br />Board a recommendation for a firm to perform the work. <br />Commissioner Eggert questioned whether Mr. Donadio is on the <br />Old Courthouse Renovation Committee/ and Chairman Macht believed <br />that he is on the committee but advised that the committee has not <br />yet met. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously <br />authorized staff to negotiate in accordance with the <br />Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act with <br />Donadio and Associates (provided Mr. Donadio is not <br />on the advisory committee), C.E.
