ANALYSIS <br />As depicted on Exhibit B of the agreement, the proposed shared <br />project costs are as follows: <br />1) Construction $154,898.00 <br />2) Engineering 9.000.00 <br />Total project cost $163,898.00 <br />The developer's portion of this project as calculated by the line <br />extension cost is $7,335.23. The County's portion is, therefore, <br />$156,562.77. For a detailed construction estimate breakdown, please <br />see Exhibit C of the attached developer's agreement.
