Does your Board of Directors set the policies for your agency? <br />Yes. The Executive Board sets the direction for policies and seeks approval of the VCIRC's voting <br />members. The VCIRC members review, amend if necessary, and vote on Strategic Plan, Annual <br />Budget, By-laws, and Policies & Procedures (UAV, Transportation, Finance, HR, PR) that are <br />recommended by the Executive Board. <br />3. Is there a quorum requirement for Board members attendance at your agency board meetings? <br />Yes. The Executive Board quorum consists of five Board members. Quorums are necessary for <br />the transaction of business at properly noticed meetings. <br />For full Council meetings of all 24 member organizations, a quorum consists of 1/3 of voting <br />members; a simple majority of those present will approve actions. <br />4. Please explain the rotating volunteer structure of your Board members and officers. <br />The Executive Board consists of ten (10) veterans who are elected for one (1) year terms.
