Policies <br />concerning the Transportation for Indian River County are set by the Board in conjunction with the Local <br />Coordinating Transportation Board. <br />3. Is there a quorum requirement for Board members attendance at your agency Board meetings? <br />One-third (1/3) of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum. <br />4.
