Section 2. Indian River County hereby authorized the County <br />Administrator and the Budget Director to enter into a Memorandum <br />of Agreement with the State of Florida Department of <br />Transportation.. <br />Section 3. Indian River County hereby authorizes the County <br />Administrator and Budget Director to enter into a Joint <br />Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of <br />Transportation, if such project(s) are selected for funding. <br />Section 4.
