bm 94 mu 50 <br />After a brief discussion on whether to table this bid for one <br />week, Commissioner Tippin stated he would move approval of staff's <br />recommendation since he had made his point. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the purchase of a Ford 4630 tractor with the front <br />end loader attachment from Sunrise Ford Tractor, Ft. <br />Pierce, FL. by piggyback bidding as set out in the <br />above staff recommendation. <br />Commissioner Bird asked to see, just out of curiosity, the <br />specifications on the Massey Ferguson 253 and the John Deere 5400 <br />to see how close they came to the Ford 4630. <br />E. Colt, REABC <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Request for Floodplain Cut and Fill Balance Waiver for Dunmore Subdivision <br />REFERENCE: SD-94-12-10/L.D.P. Application No. 94060167-004 <br />DATE: February 27, 1995 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Fleis Associates on behalf of Floridron (USA) Limited, Inc., the developers of Dunmore <br />Subdivision has requested a waiver of the cut and fill balance requirement of Section <br />930.07(2)(d) of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance. Dunmore <br />Subdivision received preliminary plat approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />on October 13, 1994. The project is located on the barrier island adjacent to the south <br />property line of Seminole Shores Subdivision on the west side of AlA. The site is located <br />in special flood hazard area Zone AE with base flood elevations of 5.0 ft. and 6.0 ft. <br />N.G.V.D. The ten year stillwater elevation is 2.7 ft. The proposed displacement of the <br />floodplain below 4.0 ft. for which the waiver is requested is 722 cubic yards as indicated in <br />the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated February 6, 1995. <br />6 <br />March 7, 1995 <br />
