Application No. 94060167-004 <br />DATE: February 27, 1995 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Fleis Associates on behalf of Floridron (USA) Limited, Inc., the developers of Dunmore <br />Subdivision has requested a waiver of the cut and fill balance requirement of Section <br />930.07(2)(d) of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance. Dunmore <br />Subdivision received preliminary plat approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />on October 13, 1994. The project is located on the barrier island adjacent to the south <br />property line of Seminole Shores Subdivision on the west side of AlA. The site is located <br />in special flood hazard area Zone AE with base flood elevations of 5.0 ft. and 6.0 ft. <br />N.G.V.D. The ten year stillwater elevation is 2.7 ft. The proposed displacement of the <br />floodplain below 4.0 ft. for which the waiver is requested is 722 cubic yards as indicated in <br />the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated February 6, 1995. <br />6 <br />March 7, 1995 <br />
