Gentile, CET <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Resolutions to Provide for the Paving and Drainage Improvements to and set <br />Public Hearing date for: <br />61st Avenue North of 4th Street in Diana Park Subdivision <br />DATE: February 24, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The County Public Works Department has received a petition for a public improvement <br />assessment for road paving and drainage improvements for 61st Avenue north of 4th Street <br />In Diana Park Subdivision. <br />The petition was signed by 16 owners out of a total of 19 property owners in the proposed <br />benefited area. This represents 84% of the property owners in the proposed benefited area <br />who are in favor'of having this road paved. <br />A separate resolution will need to be adopted to hold a Public Hearing to discuss the <br />advisability, cost and amount of the assessment against each property owner. <br />26 <br />March 7, 1995 <br />
