Indian River County <br />Traffic Management Center Proposal <br />1, Proposed Solution <br />Econolite is pleased to provide the following estimate to Indian River County. The following sections <br />summarize the content of our proposed solution: <br />1.1 Video Management System <br />Econolite Systems will furnish, install and integrate the Centracs Advanced CCTV module. This module <br />includes the gold standard of world class Video Management System software provided by Genetech. The <br />module will be licensed as follows: <br />• Advanced CCTV module <br />• Security Center version 5.5 <br />• 125 field cameras <br />• 5 concurrent Centracs licenses (SDKs) <br />• 5 concurrent web licenses for EOC and mobile CCTV system <br />• Two servers to host Security Center and for archiving purposes (assumes up to 30 -day retention <br />period) <br />• Software Maintenance on Security Center for two years from date of purchase <br />1.2 Video Wall <br />Econolite Systems proposes to install a video wall in the existing Transportation Management Center as a <br />turn -key delivery along a single wall. Econolite Systems proposes to use 55" Planar monitors for the <br />video wall. The bezel between each monitor will be 3.7mm. Work will include provision of the monitors, <br />video wall server, mounting brackets and cables, installation, and programming and integration. The <br />figure below represents the number of monitors and layout. <br />55" Monitors: 4 (columns) x 2 (rows) <br />041. <br />Additionally, Econolite Systems will provide one large format (minimum 80") monitor for the second <br />wall. This monitor will deliver 4k resolution and be used to show camera views, cable TV or powerpoint <br />presentations. <br />1.3 Large Screen Monitor <br />Econolite Systems will provide a large screen LED monitor (minimum 80") with 4K resolution. <br />O ECONOLI <br />SYSTEALILW <br />
