Community Development Director Bob Keating gave a broad <br />overview of sand mining and correlated it to the Comprehensive Plan <br />and regulations. <br />County Attorney Charles Vitunac announced that, because of the <br />Snyder case, testimony from staff would be taken under oath. He <br />also advised, for the record, that he had resumes from Messrs. <br />Keating and Boling, showing their qualifications, and he would like <br />to present them as experts on planning and zoning matters. He <br />asked that all of County staff, and anyone else (residents) who <br />planned to testify, stand and take an oath. <br />(OATH WAS ADMINISTERED TO THOSE STANDING.) <br />ROBERT M.
