CHANDLER <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />FROM: TERRANCE G. PINTO <br />DIRECTOR OF UTILI SERVICES <br />PREPARED WILLIAM F. Mc <br />AND STAFFED CAPITAL PRO ENGINEER <br />BY: DEPARTMEN LITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: STATE ROAD 60 - SOUTH GRAVITY SEWER <br />FINAL PAY REQUEST <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROJECT NO. US -92 -12 -CS <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />On September 6, 1994, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved a contract with Driveways, Inc., for the <br />above -referenced project. (See attached agenda item and minutes.) <br />The bid amount of the contract was $22,675.00, and the final project <br />cost is the same. The contract is complete and has been accepted by <br />the Utilities Department. We, therefore, request that the attached <br />final pay request for the project be approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the final pay request from <br />Driveways, Inc., as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />approved final pay request from Driveways, <br />Inc., in the amount of $2,762.56, as set out <br />in staff's recommendation. <br />FINAL PAY REQUEST IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />March 14, 1995 <br />M <br />78 <br />
