Boyer, PE, Utility Engineer <br />Subject: West Wabasso Sewer Phase 2 <br />Change Order #1 and Contractor's Final Pay Request <br />Descriptions and Conditions: <br />On January 15, 2019, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved the award of <br />the contract for the West Wabasso Phase II Sewer Project to CK Contractors and Development in the amount <br />of $1,657,419.24. CK Contractors and Development was issued a notice to proceed. on. February 18, 2019, <br />and has now finished the project and submitted their final pay request. <br />Analysis: <br />The project has been completed, on time and under budget, for $1,632,383.86.
