B.3 19-0877 Approval of Minutes Meeting July 9, 2019 <br />Recommended Action: Approve <br />Attachments: 07092019S W D D <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Vice Chairman <br />Adams, to approve the Solid Waste Disposal District Meeting Minutes of June 18, <br />2019, July 2, 2019, and July 9, 2019. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, and <br />Commissioner Zorc <br />Absent: 1 - Commissioner O'Bryan <br />15.8.4 19-0926 Biosolids Agreement between the Solid Waste Disposal District and the City of <br />Vero Beach <br />Recommended Action: Solid Waste Disposal District staff recommends that its Board approve the <br />Biosolids Agreement with the City of Vero Beach and authorize the Chairman <br />to execute the same, as presented. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Biosolids Agreement with the City of Vero Beach <br />Director of Utility Services Vincent Burke provided a summary of the Biosolids <br />Indian River County Florida <br />
