Board of Commissioners <br />SWDD Meeting Minutes - Draft October 8, 2019 <br />Agreement, and noted that staff was satisfied with the quality standards of the <br />biosolids when the testing was performed in March 2019. He requested that <br />the Board approve the two (2) year agreement with the City of Vero Beach. <br />A motion was made by Vice Chairman Adams, seconded by Commissioner Zorc, <br />to approve staffs recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 4 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, and <br />Commissioner Zorc <br />Absent: 1 - Commissioner O'Bryan <br />Indian River County Florida <br />Inge 2 <br />
