<br />Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. for each activity that is proposed,

<br />Pursuant to Section 102 of the HUD Reform Act of 1989, the following disclosures will be made
<br />avaRable by the County and DCA for public Inspection upas request. These disclosures will be
<br />available For a minimum period of five years.

<br />grant, bah, guarantee, Insurance pnymem, rebate, subsidy, credit, tax benefit, or any
<br />other form of direct or indirect benefit by source and amount;
