<br />A RESOLUTION OF MAN RIVER COUN-
<br />TY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND
<br />PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF
<br />PROPERTY ON 14TH STREET EAST ' OF
<br />U.S. #1 AND OTHER INTERESTED PER-
<br />SONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE
<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
<br />AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY
<br />AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING
<br />AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO

<br />Code, requires that the Board ofCois- .

<br />ors of the properties to be assessed or arryr coon

<br />Board of Canty Commissioners and be heard as to'
<br />the propriety and advisability of making paving and
<br />dralnege i ovements to said property, as to the

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE R RESOLVED BY THE
<br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF td-
<br />DIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
<br />1. The Canty Comilssbn shall meet at the Canty
<br />Commission clambers In the County AdministrialJoh
<br />Bulldlhg at the thole of 9:05 A.M. on Tuesday,
<br />March 21, 1995, at which time the owners of the
<br />properties to be assessed and any other hterested
<br />persons may appear before said Cartmissbn and
<br />be heard In regard to Sall property. The area to be
<br />improved and the propertes to be specially bane.

<br />maSng a copy of such notice to each of such prop-
