Please use caution when opening attachments or clicking links.
Kevin: Further follow up to our meeting:
1. Efforts are being made to locate a quieter loadout alarm or one that uses a series of warning lights, rather than.
noise. Nothing is finalized yet, but CEM EX is working on it.
2. In response to comments made at the meeting that the golfers used the flag at the CEMEX plant as a wind sock
before the flag was removed, CEMEX has ordered a replacement flag for the one that basically wore out on top
of the silo.
Please pass this information along to your clients.
Best Regards,
Bruce Barkett
<Bbarkett@verolaw.com>
COLLINS
BROWN
BART 1i'
Collins Brown Barkett, Chartered
U.S. TOP RANKED LAW FIRMS'"
FLORIDA'S TOP RANKED LAW FIRMS'"
Based on AV® PreeminenemMartindale-Hubbell® Lawyer Ratings
756 Beachland Boulevard
Vero Beach, Florida 32963
Phone 772.231.4343
Fax 772.234.5213
Bbarkett@verolaw.com
This e-mail is from the law firm of Collins Brown Barkett and is intended solely for the use of the individual(s) to whom it
is addressed.
