ATTACHMENT C <br />ea <br />WATER MAINS AND FORCEMAIN PLANS <br />REMARKS <br />Alignment for 16 -inch Water Main and 12 -inch Force Main including <br />interconnections, valves, fittings, etc. along CR -510 <br />3 water crossings (Lateral Canal C, L, and S Prong Slough ) <br />3 water bodies (Lateral Canal C, L, and S Prong Slough ) <br />Estimate is for 2 field visits x 2 persons @ 8 hours each and includes <br />preparation, travel, and documentation time. First review will be <br />conducted after 60% plans to verify proposed location. Second at Final <br />UWHC plans to ensure constructability and connection points. <br />Assume there are 4 utilities within the project limits <br />Setup project, maintenance of files, schedule updates, sub -consultant <br />management, progress reports etc. <br />As required by FDOT. <br />Trans*port development and update of quantities for water main and <br />coordination with FDOT-D4 Design Section. <br />Includes preparation of engineers estimate of probable construction <br />cost in FDOT formats and revisions as necessary <br />Construction phasing of the WM, FM & Reuse WM and associated <br />laterals. <br />a <br />M <br />Review Geotech information provided by FDOT for installing water <br />main, check for contamination and detemline if special fittings or wrap <br />are required for water mains <br />Assume 2 persons x 8 hours x 1 trip (includes prep & travel).
