First review will be <br />conducted after 60% plans to verify proposed location. Second at Final <br />UWHC plans to ensure constructability and connection points. <br />!Assume there are 4 utilities within the project limits <br />Setup project, maintenance of files, schedule updates, sub -consultant <br />management, progress reports etc. <br />As required by FDOT. <br />Trans*port development and update of quantities for water main and <br />coordination with FDOT-D4 Design Section. <br />Includes preparation of engineers estimate of probable construction <br />cost in FDOT formats and revisions as necessary <br />Construction phasing of the WM, FM & Reuse WM and associated <br />laterals. <br />Z <br />Review Geotech information provided by FDOT for installing water <br />main, check for contamination and determine if special fittings or wrap <br />are required for water mains <br />Assume 2 persons x 8 hours x 1 trip (includes prep & travel). This trip is <br />for mandatory field phase review meetings as per FDOT prior to project <br />completion.
