23 <br />1 methods used to determine compliance, the number <br />2 of institutions examined during the reporting year, <br />3 a listing and total number of institutions found to <br />4 be in noncompliance, actions taken to correct inci- <br />5 dents of noncompliance, and an analysis of compli- <br />6 anee, including a discussion of any trends, patterns, <br />7 and problems, and recommendations regarding rea- <br />8 sonable actions to improve the efficiency of the ex - <br />9 amination processes.". <br />10 (b) AMENDMENT TO THE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION <br />11 ACT.—Section 204 of the Federal Credit Union Act (12 <br />12 U.S.C. 1784) is amended by adding at the end the follow - <br />13 ing new subsection: <br />14 "(e) FLOOD HAZARD INSURANCE COMPLIANCE BY <br />15 INSURED CREDIT UNIONS REQUIRED. - <br />16 "(1) EXAMINATION.—The Board shall, during <br />17 each examination conducted under this section, de - <br />18 termine whether the insured credit union is comply - <br />19 ing with the requirements of the National Flood In - <br />20 surance Program. <br />21 "(2) REPORT.—Not later than 1 year after the <br />22 date of enactment of the National Flood Insurance <br />23 Reform Act of 1993, and biannually thereafter for <br />24 the next 4 years, the Board shall submit a report to <br />25 Congress on compliance by insured credit unions <br />•8 140 Is ` <br />
